Position Title: Sales Representative
Job Classification: Full-time/permanent
Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; infrequently, may require some evening/weekend hours based on business needs

Location: Hybrid remote; travel primarily throughout NE Kansas
 
Primary Accountabilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships for all our Commercial companies. This role requires a proactive, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills. Duties Include:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.
• Maintain Customer Relationship Management records with detailed notes and status updates.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, self-starter and goal oriented.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Must have an excellent driving record and be able to pass pre-employment tests.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods of time, climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
