opportunity as a Publications Coordinator.

The Publications Coordinator will be assigned to work with sales persons and the accounts associated;
and follow through on these assignments, as well as act as a liaison between the manufacturing facility,
the sales force, and assigned customers.

Responsibilities would include providing information, answering questions, accepting projects assigned
by consultant supervisor, and following up on problems that arise. Examples are implementing revisions
requested by customers, trouble-shooting, answering desktop publishing questions, negotiate and issue
product and monetary adjustments with sales persons and customers and answer yearbook production
questions for sales representatives, customers and the manufacturing facility.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
• 2+ year's previous customer service experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as possess effective telephone
manners.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, experience working with Adobe lnDesign and
Adobe Photoshop a plus.
• Logical and critical decision making skills a must.
• Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Time management skills.
• Must work well with people in a fast paced customer service office environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
