The Occupational Assessment Center Manager (“OAC”) is responsible for administration of testing for both Physical Capacity and Drug testing to employees of client companies. As well as marketing the ability and benefits of the Physical Capacity machine in accordance with the contract for the machine's purchase. The OAC Manager is responsible for providing presentations to prospective clients and groups.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Administer Physical Capacity test to employees of client companies following guidelines received from Occupational Performance Center.
  • Administer drug testing using oral, i-cup and urine to employees of client companies.
  • Submit drug test to lab for results and ensure employers receive confirmation of the test results.
  • Create service agreements for testing and submit to employers for signature.
  • Set up new clients in the OPC data base for testing purposes.
  • Track test completed daily and submit to Accounting monthly for invoicing.
  • Maintenance of equipment including calibration of the Physical Capacity machine monthly.
  • Pre-test medical screening to determine employee's ability to complete the test.
  • Marketing the Physical Capacity and Drug tests to prospective companies, as well as maintaining a good working relationship with existing companies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Only individuals with the following credentials will be trained and certified to perform the Physical Capacity Profile:
    • Athletic Trainer (ATC)
    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
    • Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA)
    • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
    • Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Ability to analyze medical information to determine physical ability to complete testing.
Work Environment
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
