Job Title: Quality Improvement Project Manager

KFMC has an opening for an Quality Improvement Project Manager.   This position will support various clinical quality improvement projects with emphasis in the area of quality data reporting.
The ideal candidate will have  experience in data management and analysis, project management, clinical safety and/or pharmacy operations, but such experience is not required. Quality Improvement Project Managers work in collaboration with internal team members and/or departments as well as external resources in the development, implementation, and evaluation of project initiatives. This position delegates tasks to members of the project team to assure project goals are met timely and efficiently.

Graduate of an accredited college or university in healthcare, business or communications/marketing required. Strong communication, team-building, and computer skills required. The ability to travel within the state of Kansas and stay overnight is required. If experience includes certification or licensure, must be eligible for Kansas license and obtain within six months of hire. Candidates should be comfortable engaging healthcare providers, patients and caregivers in conversations about health topics and priorities.  The ability to travel within the state of Kansas and stay overnight for up to two consecutive days is required.
