Job Summary
The Loan Funding Representative performs a variety of duties related to the funding of loans.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Fund all loan transaction types for processing departments onto the bank’s core system
  • Process and book employee computer loans
  • Process and book Lease Purchase loans
  • Balance GL accounts for loans
  • File lien documents with the State of Kansas
  • Track titled collateral for lien perfection
  • Update/maintain procedures and processes as changes occur
  • Understanding of loan collateral and perfection requirements
  • Other duties, as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
At least one year previous banking/lending experience preferred
Previous loan servicing experience desired
High school diploma or equivalent
Interpersonal Skills   
Work involves communicating with immediate colleagues, other bank   employees, customers, and vendors beyond the immediate department, primarily for purposes of giving or obtaining information, which may require some discussion.  Work requires ordinary courtesy and friendliness in providing assistance and exchanging factual information.

This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
