The Topeka Country Club (“TCC”), located in Topeka, Kansas, is looking for dedicated Sous Chef to join the TCC team! Duties include assisting the Executive Chef in supervising food production for dining room, banquet events and other functions at the club.  This position also supervises food production personnel, assists with production tasks as needed and assures that quality and cost standards are consistently attained.
Required qualifications include the completion of an Associate’s degree or Apprentice program, or 5-10 years of experience. Salary is starting at $38,000 and may commensurate with education/experience.
