The Missouri Primary Care Association (“MPCA”) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). MPCA is a non-profit organization, which explores and implements activities aimed at providing and promoting high quality, accessible health care services to underserved urban and rural populations in Missouri.
The CFO is responsible for the management and administration of MPCA financials, grants, contracts, reporting, corporate compliance of the budget and oversight of payroll processes and computer information systems, as well as providing leadership and vision for the fiscal and audit functions and reporting transparency of MPCA.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a business-related field is required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in management and two (2) years’ experience working in a health-related industry required. Must have strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
