Position Title:                  Client Associate
Job Classification:          Non-Exempt; Full Time                                                
Work Schedule:               Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Reporting Structure:       Managing Partner
 
Salary: Starting salary up to $40,000-$50,000 based on experience. 

Organization:
Endeavor Private Wealth provides financial advisory, investment and fiduciary management services for approximately 375 household. Endeavor Private Wealth provides expertise in the following accounts: discretionary investment management accounts, estate and trust accounts, retirement plans, IRAs, 401(k), profit sharing and charitable foundations.

Primary Accountability:               
The Client Associate is responsible for the core operational duties of Endeavor Private Wealth, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm.

Major Duties:
  • Opens new accounts.
  • Ongoing account maintenance and account paperwork.
  • Submits services requests for money movements.
  • Carries out estate processing.
  • Assists Financial Advisors and Consultants in keeping book of business organized.
  • Prepares, sends, follow ups, and processes forms and other operational functions as requested by FA(s), FC(s) and/or clients.
  • Assists in scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and gathering and inputting client’s outside financial data as needed.
  • Prepares, sends, follow ups, and processes forms and other operational functions as requested by FA(s), FC(s) and/or clients.
  • Provides service to clients via phone, email, written correspondence including but not limited to incoming calls/emails, questions regarding statements, online enrollment assistance, general account activity etc.
  • Enters security order tickets after being approved by the FA(s) and FC(s).
  • Provides marketing assistance as needed including, coordinating with marketing vendor, website operations, client mail/email and client events.
  • Enters security order tickets after being approved by the FA(s) and FC(s).
  • Performs other tasks as needed.
 Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration in a related field, or equivalent experience is desired.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Ability to perform as a team player, eager to collaborate with others.
  • Ability to remain organized, monitor outstanding paperwork, and follow up as needed.
  • Must possess excellent communication with clients and team members via conference/Zoom calls, instant messenger, telephone, email etc.
  • Must possess a positive attitude, and willingness to engage in various business projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to deepen client relationships; seek out ways to “surprise and delight” clients.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and find unique and innovative problem-solving solutions.
  • Must possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal and client service skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication and grammatical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to read computer screens, mail, e-mail and talk on the phone.
  • Ability to unpack and move supplies up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
  • Ability to travel as directed by position requirements.
 Work Environment:
  • Professional and deadline-oriented environment in an office setting.
  • Interaction with clients and prospects.
